Veganism is a lifestyle choice made by people for health, environmental or ethical grounds. Some vegans, for example, believe that eating eggs and dairy products encourages the meat industry. Dairy cows and egg-laying birds are generally sold as meat once they are no longer productive, and male calves are usually reared for other goods because they do not produce milk. Some people avoid these items because of conditions associated with their production, which, in today’s lingo is also known as veganism. And it’s hella famous too.

Many vegans prefer to live this way in order to promote a more compassionate and humane world. They recognize that they are not flawless, but they believe it is their obligation to do their best while remaining nonjudgmental of others.

Vegan food is anticipated to grow in popularity in India by 2021, according to polls, as consumers notice several health benefits such as decreased cholesterol levels, weight loss, and reversing lifestyle illnesses.
