New Delhi: The Odisha Public Services Commission has said that the state civil service preliminary examination will be held on August 27, 2021. The scheduled exam will be conducted in two shifts — Paper-I from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and Paper-II from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. All people with disabilities will be given an extra 40 minutes, the OPSC said. Paper-I will consist of 100 MCQ type questions, whereas Paper-II will consist of 80 questions. The exam will be held in five zones: Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or an educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a university
Candidates should be aged between 21-32 years by or on January 1, 2019, i.e., his/her birth year should not be earlier than January 2, 1987, or later than January 1, 1998.
The non-refundable application fee is Rs 500. Candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) and disability are exempted to pay 40 per cent less from the application fee. The payment has to be made online.
Admit card 2021:
OPSC Prelims admit card 2021 will be released soon. All the candidates who have applied for the OPSC 2021 Exam will be able to download the OPSC prelims admit card one week before the exam.
